  • The simple answer is NO. We have no contracts for any of our memberships. All we require is 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel. You would request that by completing the “Cancellation request form” on our website, which comes straight through to one of our team.

  • Yes, every new member is required to undertake an Onboarding Session regardless of previous experience. The session will be delivered by one of our qualified coaching team and will ensure that every new member is set up correctly on our gym management software and access control system. It will also ensure that every new member knows all of the benefits and resources included in your membership.

Delays in booking your Onboarding Session may cause issues with your access to the Club.

  • Perfect for us! We absolutely love being able to support our member community, no matter what level or experience you have. You may have not been keen on sports at school, or maybe you’ve taken up fitness later in life?

We’re firm believers that “age ain’t nothing but a number”, and we’re here to support your journey.

  • You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. We charge a £5 monthly fee for pausing your membership

If your circumstances have changed or you have an injury, pausing is generally a better option than cancelling and rejoining, as you will not be required to pay for another Onboarding Session. You will retain the membership rates and rewards that you are currently on.

  • Yes, all of our clubs have showers.

  • The day pass rate is £7, which would be refunded if you sign-up with us after your session.

  • Yes, all four clubs have onsite free car parking.

  • Powdered chalk is not allowed in the gym. However, we do allow liquid chalk, which can be purchased from reception.
